How the dates and amounts are set
Coupon dates are counted back from the maturity date in steps of 12, 6, 3 or 1 months. A bond that matures on the last day of a month pays on the last day of each coupon month, so a note maturing on 31 August also pays on 28 or 29 February. Each payment is face value × annual coupon rate ÷ payments a year; U.S. Treasury rules, for example, pay a half-year's interest as half the annual rate however many days the half-year has.
The last row adds the face value. Accrued interest at settlement is the share of the first coupon the seller has earned, counted with the day count you choose. Add a yield to see each payment's present value: they add up to the dirty price for your face value, the same figure the bond price calculator gives.
The schedule assumes regular coupon periods. A newly issued bond with a short or long first coupon pays a different first amount, so check its offering documents.

Questions
Why do I get a full first coupon if I bought mid-period?
The issuer pays the whole coupon to whoever holds the bond. You paid the seller the accrued interest when you bought, so overall you keep only the part you earned.
Can I open the CSV in a spreadsheet?
Yes. It has one row per payment with dates as YYYY-MM-DD and plain numbers without currency signs, so spreadsheet apps read it directly. Copy table puts the same rows on the clipboard, separated by tabs.
What if a payment date falls on a weekend?
The table marks it with an asterisk. What happens then is set by the bond's own terms, so check its prospectus or ask the firm that holds it for you.
